Executive Leadership

George Dionisopoulos

Chapter Chairperson
George has over 20 years of progressive leadership experience, specialising in Security, Compliance & Risk management and Government Relations as well as an excellent Customer experience professional with project management and operational skills. George also has years of experience in both operating and obtaining certification for ISO27001, ISO14001, ISO90001 as well as an in depth understanding of PCI, SOX and NIST compliance programs.

Jade Thompson

Deputy Chairperson
Jade Sun Thompson is an experienced marketing professional with a strong integration within the security industry, showcasing a deep understanding of how to engage technical, risk-focused audiences. Actively involved within the ASIS community across Australia, Jade brings a strategic and considered approach to strengthening communication, engagement and visibility across the sector.

With extensive experience supporting industry events and professional initiatives, Jade is recognised for her ability to foster meaningful connections among professionals and allow knowledge sharing opportunities for all, especially within the security industry. A committed advocate for women in security, Jade has also proudly been the Chapter’s WIS representative since 2022.

George Kharoufeh

Treasurer
George brings broad leadership experience, having held general management roles across the APAC region within the IT industry, and has worked in the Australian security industry for the past eight years. His background across marketing, operations, sales and business support provides a practical foundation for financial stewardship and committee decision-making. Having served on the ASIS NSW committee for many years, George values collaboration and is committed to strengthening professional connections across the security sector.

Codee Ludbey

Secretary
Codee is Board Certified in Security Management by ASIS International, and holds a Masters of Science and First Class Honours degree in security management. Codee’s experience includes managing counter-terrorism, cyber, and crime related risks for corporate organisations, state significant infrastructure projects and crowded places, defining security requirements for these projects and managing them through the design process. His experience includes negotiating and collaborating with Commonwealth and State government security stakeholders to achieve pragmatic, proportionate, and appropriate security outcomes.
