Charlie Napier

Chapter Chairperson
Charlie has 35+ years security, emergency & risk management experience across UK military, corporate security and government agencies, working in the Civil Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Aviation and Power industry sectors. Charlie has been an active ASIS member since 2004 and gained his Masters Degree in Security Management in 2009 from Loughborough University.

Nick Dimond

Deputy Chairperson
Security and Emergency Management professional with extensive experience across physical security operations, critical infrastructure protection, law enforcement, and strategic consulting. Demonstrated ability to design and implement enterprise-wide security programs, oversee high-risk operations, and provide executive-level guidance on risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and organisational resilience in complex and evolving threat environments.

Andrew Keddy

Treasurer
Andrew has 28+ years’ security industry experience ranging from sales to operations and has been the Treasurer of ASIS WA in two tenures since 2018. He has held a security consulting licence since 1993; is the General Manager for a local security technology integrator; is an Associate Fellow of AIM and a Member of Chartered International Institute of Security & Crisis Management.

Chris Tupicoff

Secretary
Chris is a licensed security consultant, investigator, and TAE-certified trainer with 29 years' experience in security management, risk, and investigations, previously holding agent licences for two successful security companies.
